Here is something really cool. Introducing Alpha Omega Guitar Effects

We are a Christ centered Christian company that specializes in Hand Built Vintage Voiced Boutique guitar effects. We offer Boutique Guitar effects pedals for those seeking awesome heavenly tone. All pedals are vintage circuit with modern touches. All are true bypass, have on/off indicator LED and are vintage voiced to sound as close to highly sought after vintage original pedals costing 3 times as much. In most pedals we use the original vintage circuit but with the finest quality components available. Get that Heavenly Tone you have been praying for.

I find some of them a little pricey considering the other stuff out there, but these seem like really cool pedals and there a bunch of them. Vintage sound, Retro looks, and well….Christian.

Looks like we found a new kind of blended worship. What do you guys think?

May 20th Set List

May 19, 2007 — 17 Comments

This is the sheet I use when I put together my set list.

As always Worship leaders post your set lists or a link to where we can find your set list.

Worship Confessional: this weeks service was fantastic. There are some interesting things going on in the church and the spirit was a thick one this week. It needed some major breakthrough. Sr in Cecond week with the new gloria and it went great. Also second week with everlasting God…Man is that song contagious. I’m doing it the medium speed of brenton brown. We had some technical guitar problems and did another week of unplugged. The church has really latched on to never let go. The last song I decided to switch end we ended up doing majestic by lincoln brewster in C. I’m really looking forward to Pentecost.

Robert Weber Died

April 30, 2007 — 6 Comments

Robert Weber
died Thursday evening (April 26 2007) after a long, courageous and faithful struggle with pancreatic cancer.

There are tributes all over the net including a nice word from David fitch.

Robert Weber is a theologian who believed in the blending of ancient and modern worship. His website, Ancient Future Worship, is littered with tons of information and teachings. If you haven’t been there before go check it out.
I was working on a series of posts based on his teachings when I found out this information. I am saddened to hear this news and my prayers go out to his family.

In a day of innovation and experimentation within the post modern church Robert Weber really seemed to understand the truth and balance of blended worship and he shaped my beliefs and understanding of the fullness of worship.

We will miss you Robert Weber. Thank You.
