What a historic moment for our country in more ways than one.
I’ll be the first to admit I don’t agree with everything that President Obama stands for, but I respect his ability and prayer for his wisdom.
We are in uncertain times in our country.
I am thankful that my assurance is in Christ alone.
I pray that This man is able to accomplish great things in our country and effect the world in a positve manner.
I pray that our country learns to rely on the things of God and less on money.
I pray that Obama hears wise counsel and Christ guides his thoughts.
I pray an end to abortion in the US.
This is a huge step for our country and I am very excited to have an african american man as our president. I pray an end to bigotry and racism. I pray that people finally do realize we are ALL created in the image of God.
We are His workmanship created to do good works in HIM!
If you missed President Obama’s speech here it is:
I stand here today humbled by the task before us, grateful for the trust you have bestowed, mindful of the sacrifices borne by our ancestors. I thank President Bush for his service to our nation, as well as the generosity and cooperation he has shown throughout this transition.
