Sunday Setlist – june 14th 2009
Written by Joel Klampert on June 14, 2009 – 9:32 PM -
It has been a while since i have done one of these, but I am starting to get a real vision for where worship in our church is headed.
I am by no means an amazing worship leader, but I am making sure that I continue to move where the Lord is leading.
A note about last week; I did the hymn “what wondrous love is this” arrangement by red letter from Mars Hill. Let me tell you this Hymn is SO great. I can’t wait to do it again.
This weeks set was fantastic. The last song hoever, “we want to see jesus lifed high” is now officially retired as of this week. i pulled it off the shelf and blew the dust off it this week, but it seems it still belongs in the file bin.
Processional
I sing the might power of God – Isaac Watts/Ex Nihilo arrangement
Praise
Gloria_Be Glorified – Klampert
Bless His Name – Tony Sanchez
Blessed Be Your Name – Redman
Sweetly Broken – Riddle
Offering
Man of Sorrows – Bliss/Ex Nihilo
Communion
Above All else – Beeching
Awesome God – Beeching
Recessional
We want to see Jesus Lifted High – Doesn’t matter who wrote it cus I have now retired it.
-as always this is part of the wonderful carnival designated Sunday Setlists-

Good Friday at Lifepath Church
Written by Joel Klampert on April 14, 2009 – 12:36 PM -
We had an amazing 2nd service in our new building. Good friday was emotional, contemplative, restoring, and full of worship. It was a great evening. And I even got to play Keys this week on 3 of the songs.
For a detail on what was done in the service this year check out my Post on it.

Good Friday Service and Liturgy
Written by Joel Klampert on March 27, 2009 – 11:45 PM -
Good Friday is coming in two weeks and I have been working hard on planning all things holy week. I am not the kind of person who wants to pull out all of the stops during these days in a way that does not exemplify our normal services. With that said though I do want to do everything in my power to help the congregation and visitors to connect with the death and resurection of Jesus Christ. So here is what I have planned for our Good Friday service. I can’t wait for this evening. It is going to be fantastic. Below are the plans for it.
ORDER OF SERVICE
Hookers & Robbers – Charlie Hall D
Psalm 22 – Video
Lord Undo Me – Spoken word
Honestly – Carl Cartee
Whisper His Name – Deluge

Go in peace let your heart soar
Go in peace and thirst no more

**Go in peace let your heart soar
Go in peace and thirst no more
For the Lord is righteous and pure
Go in peace and be restored
-Klampert
So what are your plans for Good friday?

Be Glorified: New Song
Written by Joel Klampert on July 23, 2008 – 1:17 PM -Here is a new song I wrote. There is a part in our Liturgy for the Gloria (see this post)
Last year we wrote a song that was a rewrite of this and it was time for a new one so I wrote the one below. It is a simple liturgical song that is typically played before the main worship set. Hope you enjoy it. Feel free to use it as well. Let me know if you do.
