Archives For Charismatic Episcopal Church

It has been a while since i have done one of these, but I am starting to get a real vision for where worship in our church is headed.
I am by no means an amazing worship leader, but I am making sure that I continue to move where the Lord is leading.

A note about last week; I did the hymn “what wondrous love is this” arrangement by red letter from Mars Hill. Let me tell you this Hymn is SO great. I can’t wait to do it again.

This weeks set was fantastic. The last song hoever, “we want to see jesus lifed high” is now officially retired as of this week. i pulled it off the shelf and blew the dust off it this week, but it seems it still belongs in the file bin.

Processional
I sing the might power of God – Isaac Watts/Ex Nihilo arrangement

Praise
Gloria_Be Glorified – Klampert
Bless His Name – Tony Sanchez
Blessed Be Your Name – Redman

Awesome God – Beeching

Recessional
We want to see Jesus Lifted High – Doesn’t matter who wrote it cus I have now retired it.

-as always this is part of the wonderful carnival designated Sunday Setlists-

There are churches in our denomination that are not very big and do not have the resources that other churches have. This includes Worship people.

I was thinking I want to try to broadcast our worship so other church or locations can get the feed and worship with us. This is similar to multi-location setup.

Here is where I need your help:

  • How do I do this?
  • What do I need?
  • What does recieveing church need?
  • and can it be done with a lower budget?

I did some artwork for a super cool buddy of mine, John.

He turned his church into a living Comic Book. AWESOME! Check out the video and then check out his blog. Read everything on it. He does some amazing stuff.

Huge Prayer Request! URGENT!!

September 29, 2008 — 12 Comments

Yesterday, after our Sunday morning service, we recieved a phone call that was one you never want to get. We were told that a local pastors wife was rushed to the hospital. We work closely with this man in prayer and unity. I also pray with his son in law Steve Patton (I have mentioned him on here before).

She was opening in prayer when she colapsed. The doctors have determined it was a brain aneurysm. I posted it on twitter and facebook and recieved a ton of comments that my internet community friends are praying. Thank you so much.

Currently her vitals are good, but we are not out of the woods yet. I have recieved updates from Steve and they will be holding for the next 48 hours round the clock prayer at his church.

I will be praying for my friends and brothers and sisters in Christ.

This is a scary time. Please pray! please intercede for this woman of God.
