Good Friday Service and Liturgy
Written by Joel Klampert on March 27, 2009 – 11:45 PM -
Good Friday is coming in two weeks and I have been working hard on planning all things holy week. I am not the kind of person who wants to pull out all of the stops during these days in a way that does not exemplify our normal services. With that said though I do want to do everything in my power to help the congregation and visitors to connect with the death and resurection of Jesus Christ. So here is what I have planned for our Good Friday service. I can’t wait for this evening. It is going to be fantastic. Below are the plans for it.

Amazing worship and ministry search engine
Written by Joel Klampert on September 17, 2007 – 10:35 PM -
So I am reading stuff on the net and I come to find out about what is called Google Co-op and a custom search engine. Turns out you can create your own search engine and have google only search what you want to search. cool huh? I think so and I jumped on that one quick.
Introducing Google meets CECWorship:
THE CECWorship all things worship and ministry search engine
take it for a spin. so far there are 112 sites that I am using and I have a ton more to add…it just takes time.
Bookmark this one because I think it will be a great help at weeding out junk we don’t need when trying to do our ministry.
Do you like it? got anything I should add to it?

Spiritual Sounds
Written by Joel Klampert on September 13, 2007 – 1:20 AM -
Here is something really cool. Introducing Alpha Omega Guitar Effects
We are a Christ centered Christian company that specializes in Hand Built Vintage Voiced Boutique guitar effects. We offer Boutique Guitar effects pedals for those seeking awesome heavenly tone. All pedals are vintage circuit with modern touches. All are true bypass, have on/off indicator LED and are vintage voiced to sound as close to highly sought after vintage original pedals costing 3 times as much. In most pedals we use the original vintage circuit but with the finest quality components available. Get that Heavenly Tone you have been praying for.
I find some of them a little pricey considering the other stuff out there, but these seem like really cool pedals and there a bunch of them. Vintage sound, Retro looks, and well….Christian.
Looks like we found a new kind of blended worship. What do you guys think?

Blended Worship Conference?
Written by Joel Klampert on September 4, 2007 – 10:58 AM -There is a little buzz in the CECWorship camp and I wanted to pose this question to everybody who reads this. In the CEC (my denomination) we are working on a worship conference for next year. One idea is to make it similar to Integrity with the way the sponsor seminars4worship. This would make the conference not just for one denomination but open to all.
It would be a blended worship conference. Seminars would include: guitar, bass, vocals, keys, drums, misc instruments, digital techniques, Innovative slide/presentation design, Web/blog presence, blending hymns with modern, hymns, communion, liturgy, prayers, creeds, and spoken word, choirs, how to have worship without a band, worship flow, sensitivity to the spirit, song writing, and much much more.
Ok so the questions of the day.
Would you go to a Blended Worship Conference in the Northeast in 2008 sposored by the CEC and CECWorship?
What would you like to see at a conference like that?
How does the Fall of 2008 sound?
