The song set went well. I was pleasantly surprised how many people knew the processional; I’d chosen it because (1) it fit beautifully with the Psalm for the day and (2) it’s a great Advent song and (3) I like it.
I had originally wanted to finish the praise set with “Be Not Afraid” instead of “O Mighty Cross,” but I forgot to put the lyrics in the bulletin insert. Oops. Oh, well.
